Delivery
Next Day deliveries must be placed by 2pm on the day before the delivery is required. As we use a Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service the term next day only applies to working days, therefore if you order on a Friday you will receive your item on a Monday, as long as it’s not a bank holiday Monday of course.
STANDARD DELIVERY
We use a Royal Mail Tracked service and on occasion a courier service for delivery of our products. Some items may require a signature so please ensure that someone is available to sign for the delivery. Please see price table below for information on prices.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We can arrange next day for orders placed before 2pm. The additional costs for these delivery options can be seen in the table below.
Orders placed after the deadline of 2pm will go into the order schedule for the next day, if this falls on a Saturday then your order will not be received until the following Tuesday.

RETURNS
As these products are food/drink products they cannot be returned unless faulty. It is extremely rare that we send out faulty products, however if it has happened to you we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and ask you to return the item to the address below, after contacting out customer services team who will issue you with a returns number.
