These terms affect your legal rights and liabilities, so please read them carefully and ensure that you understand them. Amendments

We reserve the right change or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is the user’s responsibility to read the current terms and conditions thoroughly, as continued site use constitutes agreement to be bound by said terms and conditions.

We also reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this website and any of its content at any time without notice.

Purchases

Any products that you purchase through this website are for your own private and domestic use only.

Under no circumstances do we acknowledge a purchase contract until you have received an order confirmation and an item dispatch email from us. The order confirmation email verifies that you have made an offer to purchase goods from our website, or from a third party supplier whom we shall engage on your behalf. If we discover any errors in your order (incorrect pricing or insufficient stock, for example) then we will notify you ASAP via email.

Prices

We will never dispatch an order until it has been paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the cost in full. Payment will be collected through our chosen payment provider. Payments will appear on your bank statement as 40 Group Ltd.

Purchases made through the Beer Pong UK website are non-transferable.

Delivery

We will only deliver our products to UK addresses; as such, we do not accept orders from overseas. If your order incurs a delivery charge, we will make this clear before you complete the payment process, so as to make you aware of your order’s total cost.

Our products are delivered using either Royal Mail or private courier services. Deliveries will often require a signature; when prompted to enter a delivery address, please specify an address at which someone will be present to sign for the order.

We refuse to be held liable for any delayed or late deliveries. If your item is sent via Royal Mail, their policy specifies that any orders still undelivered after 15 working days may be classed as ‘lost’. As such, we cannot make a lost item claim until this 15-day period has passed. If your item has not arrived after 15 working days, please let us know via email.

Returns

Since many of our items can be classed as food/drink products (e.g. beer bongs, drinking glasses), we can unfortunately not accept any returns. However, if the items you receive are damaged, defective, or otherwise faulty, please return them to our registered address within 30 days and we will issue a full refund. Please notify us of the issue via email before returning your items.
