Halloween Drinking Games

So the spooky season is upon us, meaning it's time to prepare for Halloween. We love to party here at Beer Pong, and not that we NEED an excuse, but Halloween is still a fun one. Unfortunately, 'Trick or Treating' is a bit creepy once you get past a certain age (sad but true) so you may want to think of a different way to get into the SPIRIT of things (get it? Halloween? Alcohol???). If you're throwing a party or attending one you'll be wanting some seasonal twists and we are here to help.

So here's our list of our favourite Halloween drinking games

Alcoholic Bobbing for Apples

A classic Halloween party game but with a twist. We all loved this game as a kid, but we aren't children anymore! It's time to add more to this already challenging game. The same rules apply, fill up a bucket with your chosen drink, whether it's a Halloween punch or just plenty of beer (try not to get it in your eyes, obviously). Then add some apples. The aim is to get an apple out of the bucket only using your mouth. Then you have to take as many drinks from the bucket as it took minutes to get the apple (one minute, one drink, etc).

Wrap the Mummy

Another great Halloween game with a boozy twist. Spilt yourself into two teams, each elects one person to be the mummy, everyone else on the team has to wrap. The aim is to use toilet roll tissue to completely wrap your 'mummy' before the other team does. Harder than it sounds with fragile toilet paper and dizziness. The losing team all have to down their drinks - one for all, all for one as it were.

Halloween Beer Pong

So what makes this beer pong more special than other beer pong? Well, we mean... well to be honest... We just really love Beer Pong okay! To make this game more festive it's all about how you dress it up, we can provide you with the basics, you Halloween it up - deal? Use Halloween gummy treats in drinks, draw eyeballs on the pong balls, spooky coloured alcohol and table decorations to get you feeling creepy. Everyone always loves a game of Beer Pong.

We hope you enjoy your Halloween drinking games! If you need any beer pong accessories we have a whole range to choose from! All of our products are crowd pleasers so don't miss out looking through our best sellers.

If you've got your mates around for a couple of drinks, there are no doubts about it - there will be a couple of games of Fifa being played. There's always that one lad who pipes up, claiming that he could beat you all with one hand, which leads to the rest of lads defending their ability and honour, and before you know it a Fifa tournament has begun!

Now, although a regular Fifa tournament is great, there is a way you could step up the excitement level, and that's by making a drinking game out of it. Here at Beer Pong, we love a good drinking game and the odd game at Fifa, so we decided to combine the two and create the Fifa Drinking Game!

Don't worry the rules are simple to follow, and will certainly get the drinks flowing:

The Fifa Drinking Game

Take One Drink

When You Concede

If you foul your opponent

If you're offside

If Alan Smith's playing career gets mentioned

Per replay you watch after you score (we've already seen your goal, we don't want to watch it again)

If you pause the game

Take Two Drinks

If you get a yellow card

If Geoff Shreeves makes an appearance

If you concede a penalty

If you hit the woodwork

If you miss a penalty

At half time

If your player gets injured

Finish Your Drink

If you receive a Red Card

If you concede to the keeper

If you suck at the game so much that your shot goes out for a throwing

If you concede a goal from kick off where the player who scored has dribbled down the pitch without getting tackled

If you score a 'sweaty' or 'trampy' goal (and hang your head in shame, you disgrace.)

Lose the game - and if it's by 5 or more goals you owe the other person an apology on Facebook

With one of the biggest boxing matches of the century taking place on the weekend, boxing fans from around the world will be staying up late to watch Mayweather and McGregor trading blows. However, for people who aren't that interested in the fight but are just watching it because they don't really want to miss out, staying up that late can be tough, especially considering the fight is not scheduled to start until 5am!

To help pass the time and make the night more enjoyable in case the fights are a bit of a snoozefest, we imagine you'll be enjoying a few beverages, but why step up your alcohol intake and play our boxing drinking game whilst you're watching the big fight! We can promise you, the fight will be far more enjoyable, although you may not make it the full 12 rounds. Here's how to play our Mayweather vs McGregor drinking game:

Take One Drink:

Every time UFC is mentioned

Every time Floyd's undefeated streak is mentioned

Every time a celebrity is shown in the crowd

When one of the other boxers taunts his opponent

Every time the weight of the gloves are mentioned

At the end of each round

Every time one of the boxers spits out water in their corner

Take Two Drinks:

Every time Paulie Malignaggi is mentioned

If McGregor enters the ring with an Irish flag

If there is a shot below the belt

If they mention any of the press conference antics

If Floyd's father is mentioned

The boxer you're rooting for goes down

If a boxer is cut

Take Three Drinks When:

If the sun starts to rise whilst you're watching the fight

If neither boxer gets knocked down

If either boxer screams "Adriannnnn" after the fight

If the fighters hug it out after the match

If the boxer you're rooting for loses the match

Election Night Drinking Game

The next UK general election will take place on Thursday the 8th of June, 2017. The polls will be open from 7am until 10pm; after that, it'll be time to settle down for a night in front of the TV, watching the results come in.

If that sounds like a pretty boring way to spend a Thursday night, why not spice things up with a little bit of booze? We've seen quite a few election night drinking games, but most of them are far too complicated for our tastes. Instead, here are the rules for Beer Pong UK's super-simple, super-fun 2017 General Election Drinking Game:

You Will Need:

  • A television
  • At least 7 different types of beer (or cider, or whatever else you fancy drinking)

How to Play:

  • Ahead of time, assign a different drink to each of the major parties (Labour, Conservatives, Liberal Democrats, UKIP, Green, SNP, and Plaid Cymru). You'll want a good working-class lager for Labour, and a posh English ale of some sort for the Tories. Obviously, pick regional brands for the SNP (Deuchars) and Plaid (Brains). We recommend drinking Foster's for the Green Party, as their leader Natalie Bennett is from Australia. You can choose to assign additional drinks to the other parties (Sinn Fein, Respect, etc.) or you could just lump them into an all-purpose 'Miscellaneous/Other' category.

  • Head to your nearest polling station on the 8th of June and cast your vote.
  • Switch on your TV at 10pm to watch the BBC's election night programme.

  • Wait until they start announcing the results.

  • Every time a result is announced, take a sip of the drink that corresponds to the winning party. If the successful party has taken that seat from another party, take two sips. For example, if the Lib Dems hang on to the constituency of Bermondsey and Old Southwark, take a sip of your Liberal Democrat drink; if the seat goes to Labour, take two sips of your Labour drink in recognition of their gain.

  • Keep playing through the night until you get tired.

Have fun, and may the best party win! Don't forget to stock up on drinking accessories before you play!

Cards Against Humanity - the self-proclaimed "party game for horrible people" - is repulsive, tasteless, lowbrow, and exceptionally un-PC. It's also hilarious, and its simple rules and easy accessibility (not to mention all the headlines) are quickly establishing CAH as the go-to party game of our time.

Still, if you want to make your next game of Cards even MORE fun, we've come up with a few different drinking games that you can play alongside the main event. If there's one thing that makes crass black humour all the funnier, it's alcohol!

Cards Against Humanity Drinking Game (Basic Version)

  • At the end of each round, all players take a drink, except for a) the player who read out the last black card, and b) the player who won the last black card.

Cards Against Humanity Drinking Game (Advanced Version)

Same as the basic version, with the following additional rules:

  • Players may, at any time, get rid of any cards they don't want and replace them with new ones from the deck. However, if you choose to do this, you must take 1 sip for every card you exchange.

  • If the Card Czar (i.e. the person who read out the current black card) is torn between two or more answers, they may declare a 'tie'. The Card Czar selects the 2+ white cards that deserve to win; then, the players who submitted those cards must finish their drinks as quickly as possible. The first player to finish their drink wins the black card.

Cards Against Humanity Drinking Game (Chaotic Version)

Same as the advanced version, with the following additional rules:

  • At the end of each round, all players have the option to take an additional drink. If a player opts to pay this penalty, they may nominate another player; the nominated person may not replenish their hand back to 10 cards for the next round. Strategic use of this rule will leave your opponents with too few cards to make any decent jokes.

  • In the event of a 'Play 2' or 'Play 3' black card, players have the following option: once all players have submitted their white cards to the Card Czar (but before any of the cards have been read out), players may opt to take a drink. In return, this player may re-arrange the order of one opponent's cards, thus ruining their clever and hilarious answer.

  • When a black card is awarded at the end of a round, any player may immediately finish their drink in order to steal that black card from the winning player. If two or more people opt to finish their drinks, the first player to finish wins the black card.
